Recently I returned to VA and attended my daughter’s college graduation which was an incredibly wonderful time. I reconnected with family and friends, catching up on current events which are always a beautifully time and opportunity.

The following day I realized I missed my daily routine of SW Florida, of a morning walk, riding my bicycle, a morning visit to a local Starbucks and most importantly, I missed being outside in the warm weather.
I miss the early morning warm weather caressing my skin as the sun rises, the sounds of waves coming ashore at the beach, my Bluetooth speaker playing music in the background.

I truly miss my new lifestyle and all that I have become accustomed to, I have become a creature of habit, and I actually miss my Southwest Florida paradise, and I am ready to return home as soon as possible.

  1. I always feel that way when I go visiting too.

  2. I think it’s wonderful that you love your hometown so much. I imagine it’s lovely there.
