Captain Picard was into Earl Grey tea; mention the Dude and we think: White Russians. What’s your signature beverage — and how did it achieve that status?
Now, as I read todays prompt, I was taken in by Captain Picard reference of Earl Gray tea. I’m a Star Trek; Next Generation fan and I like some many other fans want to discover the taste of Earl Gray tea after hearing the Captain ask for the tea from the food replicator.
My first taste of the tea was my last. I drink coffee, tea and just about anything else, but the Earl Gray tea was not for my palette. The tea had no flavor and tasted horrible. I recognized that I may like the television character by I didn’t like his tea choices.
Now as an aspiring writer, I drink coffee in the morning, green tea in the evenings in a 12-16 oz sealed mug. My signature drink is water, from a large pitcher of filled with lemons and limes. Nothing fancy just healthy and refreshing.
