Open your nearest book to page 82. Take the third full sentence on the page, and work it into a post somehow.

New artist had reinvigorated old ideas and new records labels were springing up to give them a shot.

This sentence comes from the novel by Robert Gordon’s biography of the great Blues Singer, Muddy Waters titled ‘Can’t Be Satisfied”

The up-and-down life of Muddy Waters, who began his life in Mississippi as a farm hand to become a music legend, who literally invented electric blues and created the base template for the rock-and-roll band and its wild lifestyle.

The serendipity of connecting the dots prompt, reveals itself as a sentence connects the history of music, in particular the blues and its connection to Rock & Roll and the Rolling Stones.
