“ A Fly on the Wall of History ”

In response to The Daily Post’s writing prompt: “Fly on the Wall.”

If you could be a “fly on the wall” anywhere and at any time in history, where and when would you choose?

I recall as a child with friends, we would dream of an opportunity to become the “Fly on the Wall,” returning in time to experience a significant moment in history. If time travel became possible, I probably couldn’t afford it, I would consider many moments in history.

Although, since most of the significant historical points have been written about a million times, my choice would be easy.

I would love to be, the fly on a leaf, in a tree, looking down to discover what came first,
