First and foremost a talented cook, will never begin cooking without a sauté pan, paring knife, and cutting board and utilizing the following list of items.

Fresh garlic, red, yellow, and sweet onions, Fresh Basil, Bay Leaves, Rosemary, Chives, Thyme, Dill, Cilantro, Parsley, Oregano, Mint and Sage. Green, yellow and red peppers, Dry, spices including Curry, Cumin, Ginger, Cardamon, Ground Turmeric, and Pepper corn.

I must have prep bowls, measuring spoons, a glass measuring cup, a cheese grater, ladles, strainer, colander, tongs, balloon whisks, turning spatulas, wooden spoons and slotted spoons.

There is not one item in my kitchen, I could cook without. My love of cooking is deeply personal, to include the process of planning the meal, collecting and gathering the ingredients, preparing the food, and displaying the cooked items on the plate.
