Seasons change so quickly! Which one do you most look forward to? Which is your least favorite?

This prompt invokes memories of the changing seasons I experienced during my life and especially when I played in the falling leaves of fall. My love of fall was quickly and easily replaced when I had to rake the leaves with my brother. Spring with its warming temperatures and rebirth of all plants along with the unfurling of the leaves on the trees is an exceptional visual experience. Summer has become my favorite season because school was finished and I was afforded more play time outside.

My love of the summer warmth has transcended into where I live in the second chapter of my life. I like the feeling of the warm weather against my skin, and the sand of a beach between my toes.

Because of my mandatory uniform of shorts, t-shirt, and sandals as a registered Florida Beach Bum, I will never return or live in a location where I dress to be warm.

Love spring and summer equally, then fall and in absolute dead last place is winter, which as a Canadian, I have grown to detest!

I see you becoming a snow bird during the winter in your future.

Good post! Yes, moved from up north to Oklahoma. We do get a bit of snow days, but generally… mild to warm. Agree, moving back to cold is not option for me! Sand beneath my toes from a beach would be nice:) Ours is sandy soil…and pool!:) Looking forward to reading more of your post.
