Many countries celebrate Father’s Day and Mother’s Day. If you could dedicate a holiday to a more distant relative, who would it be — and why?

Personally each family should celebrate their ancestors in the form of “Ancestors Day.” I believe a national ancestors holiday is the best way to honor and recall the sacrifices of our ancestors without their determination, sacrifice, and perseverance, none of us would be here.

  1. A very oriental concept. I wish I had a clue who my ancestors were. That would probably make the process easier.

    1. Passing on our current wisdom to our family and friends is our legacy for the future.
