In response to The Daily Post’s writing prompt: “Through the Window.”

Go to the nearest window. Look out for a full minute. Write about what you saw.

Looking through a window onto a bright sunny day, I spy with my eye, something green, something brown, something white, and something red.

My view brings forth a collage of colorful plants, some with flowering bulbs, and scents capturing the attention of your nose bringing a smile to your face.

The Pygmy Date Palm tree impressive short size displays a distinctive look of a larger palm tree but never growing too tall.
