What’s the one guilty pleasure you have that’s so good, you no longer feel guilty about it?

I have certain pleasures like the occasional 2nd and 3rd donut once or twice a week after a morning walk. However, I no longer concern myself with the weight gain. I just sit and enjoy the donut.

No more guilty conscious when I order a large bucket of popcorn attending layered with butter or staying up all night reading my favorite book, knowing I should be asleep

There is no guilt in my heart when I spend an entire day kayak-fishing from sunrise to sunset, and my conscious is clear when I return the next day to repeat the previous day.

Life should be lived and enjoyed with a conscious free of guilt yet; guilt is an emotion keeping many from over indulging. 🙂
