Tell us about a time when you had to choose between two options, and you picked the unpopular choice.

I have one decision, and I have narrowed my choices to two options. Either option provides the opportunity for a fulfilling life in the lifestyle I desire.

My family has designated my option of leaving the country as an unpopular choice wish me to stay local.

Instead of agonizing between the two, I developed a third option.

My third option is to travel the world volunteering with organizations in places I choose. Instead of working with the Peace Corp or volunteering locally with my church.

By becoming a traveling volunteer, I’m not limited to any portion of the US or the world. My volunteering time limits are agreed upon by me and the organization I volunteer for allowing me the flexibility and the time to enjoy an adventurous nomadic lifestyle.
