I resolved many years ago never change my lifestyle based on the beginning of a new year.

Lifestyle changes should begin any time during a person life. The success of a lifestyle change is persistence and time. Time, to try every day every month and throughout a year from year to year.

So, start lifestyle changes for the betterment of your life and not because it is the first of the year.

  1. Absolutely! I can’t remember the last time I made a New Years’ resolution. My problem is making a resolution at any time of the year. Being better to myself can be so difficult.

    1. Employing an invisible task manager maybe the answer to developing​ imaginary guilt for not doing or completing a task.
