For baby boomers, it is believed that upon a certain age exciting, interesting outdoor and athletics activities are limited, curtailed, or not done based on age. However, for the active baby boomers, those assumptions are being destroyed with a vengeance.
Remaining young in your heart, mind and more importantly, your body’s health is the popular trend in the fields of athletics sports as revealed in football with quarterback Tom Brady playing competitively at the age of 40 and Ichiro Suzuki a baseball outfielder playing at the age of 43 with the Miami Marlins.
When many of their colleagues have retired years before who will never grace the field again, while these two pushes beyond the barriers no one has ever expected.
As I continue my nomadic adventures, many outdoor activities interest me that I will try like surfing, rock climbing, trail mountain bike riding, (in full Motto gear) and snow-skiing again, (“but only the bunny slopes”) or at least sledding.
With a great whole food diet and frequent exercise, I envision many years into my future involved in outdoor activities because I’m young in my heart, mind, and body and the interest fascinates me to participate.
👍🏻👍🏻♥️

Someone said that laughter is the best medicine. And love is the best cure. Stress is indeed one of biggest contributors to poor health, cannot emphasize how much mind matters over matters!
Oh so true!😀
You have described the way I feel, but I find it hard to find others the same as me? I think I will never give in because we only have one chance in life. Don’t waste it. Great post thanks.
