In response to The Daily Post’s writing prompt: “The Young and the Rested.”
When was the last time you felt truly rejuvenated and energized? What made you feel that way?
My rejuvenation begins upon my return home from an exhilarating heart beating cardio bike ride or walk. Once the front door seal is broken, the fresh breeze of the air-conditioning immediately chills my arms, and my rejuvenation begins.
After a shower and a fruit smoothie, I become a rejuvenated, rested mature.

I liked the term you used.
I had informed you that I have nominated you for the Creative Blogger Award.
Do Check, shall come again.
Lots of Love to You,

Hey Shiva, thanks, I find the time response to the listings of what I have to provide is time consuming. I have yours and another to respond to and it will take away from my novel writing . I will try to respond soon.
Even I had taken a lot of time on that.I have mentioned about it in that post itself. No matter you can do it leisurely.
I thought it was so, but when I started doing it, it just went fine. It also gives lot of pleasure. All the best in your novel writing. The same thing has happened to my novel, mine has just begun and it has stopped there since many days.

Hey thanks Shiva! 🙂
I would have to say a day of exercise, healthy eating, reading, napping, a nice hot shower and a good funny movie relax and recharge me. 📖🎥🍏😪💪

Hey Traci, I sent you a link to a free online modern poetry class organized through Coursera.
Thank you so much for thinking of me. I checked it out but decided to focus on my guitar playing. I had my first lesson today. That’s a great website. Are all the classes free?
Oh, yes, I’m always impressed with the curriculum offered.
