Expedition Nomadic Adventures

On back roads

Watching the sunset,

Behind those anonymous hills

Arguing the impact on the sky

‘Blood red’ or

‘Zesty orange’ –

A matter of perspective –

Perhaps.

And as I brush with my past,

Your hand brushes my thigh,

Like a painter,

Restoring an old painting

To new life.
