With the first month of 2017 in the review mirror, many New Years resolutions have fallen prey to various forms of temptations.

For those who want to sustain their resolutions, I recommend stating the phrase from the popular television show, Star Trek; The Next Generation’s formidable enemy the “Borg,” “Resistance if Futile.”

Using the phrase “Resistance if Futile,” maybe the trigger to get you past temptation or give you nightmares. 🙂
